According to Gallup studies in 2020, only 36% of U.S. employees are engaged in their work and workplace.

The cost for the lack of engagement for US companies is $450 billion each year. 

According to Forbes magazine, a single disengaged employee at the average salary ($47.000) level is going to cost a company almost $16,000 per year. Raise their salary to $60,000, and they will cost you $20,400 per year. Increase their salary to $80,000, and their disengagement is costing you $27,200 a year. 

The data keeps confirming that the way the workforce works is not working! 

In my own surveys in the companies I work with I find a high number of employees who are struggling with anxiety, overwhelm and fatigue more than 3 days a week. 

This means that more than 50% of the time at work, employees are operating in survival mode.
